GUC was a project by FiveWin group which is into solar panels and other green initiatives. FiveWin group wanted to come up with a cryptocurrency token - $GUC. GUC stands for Green Universe Coin and a blockchain-based platform is being developed which will help individuals and business offset their carbon footprint in an easy and secure way. Our goal is to provide everyone with the opportunity to help the environment and make a positive change. With our platform, users can acquire carbon credits with extreme ease and tokenize carbon credits, so users receive them in the form of NFTs. These NFTs are put on a decentralized ledger that can be tracked thus ensuring transparency and traceability. These NFTs are removed from the circulation if the user decides to burn them. Green Universe connects users with hundreds of green environmental projects around the world with the purpose to reduce carbon emissions and help our planet.
